This week's theme, as you may have guessed from Darryl's interview on Monday, is company culture and how that impacts a business. One of the most popular presentations on the subject is the one by Netflix, which is a really good look at how the company hires and retains talent. But luckily I've been able to dig up a few other good presentations on the subject from the last couple of weeks. Read on for more.

Steven Van Belleghem, Managing Partner of InSites Consulting spoke about 'the superstar company' recently. His talk is liberally peppered with examples, including the ever-famous Zappos  case study and a couple of Dutch cases.

Daniel Debow of Rypple, the company that provides web-based team software, speaks about delivering happiness in a company based on Tony Hsieh's book of the same name. The presentation is an in-depth look at why Zappos is today synonymous with positive company culture. Check out the blog

Finally, Alexander Crepin speaks from a professional angle about agile companies recruiting for talent in a proactive, rather than re-active manner.
