This week's videos are in keeping with the week's theme, about lean startup methodology and customer development. Enjoy!
1. A couple of weeks ago, Eric Ries, creator of the lean startup methodology, spoke to an attentive crowd at Lean Startup Circle Boston. He first takes a few minutes to introduce the concept again to people who aren't familiar with the technology, then moves to speaking about it in more depth, as well as touching upon elements that will no doubt feature in his second book. At 1 hour and 47 minutes, it is long, but well worth your time if you're interested in the subject.

2. This is a completely hilarious video whose creator, according to Eric Ries, deserves 'copious praise'. Wear your headphones if you're at work!
3. Chris Brown spoke at TEDxPhnom Penh about lean startups as a bootstrapping guide for entrepreneurs. He uses that famous quote in relation to building, shipping and learning fast: "Ideas are worthless - they have no value. If they had value, there would be a marketplace for them. An idea is worthless unless you have the capacity to execute it." Well said.
